Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch Pure Hi10P encodes

We will also be encoding Hi10P versions of Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch Pure as well.

We've released Hi10P encodes for episodes 1-6, which we released earlier.  Episode 7 should be released as soon as I get the script from Wasurenai's QC team.
