This episode begins a fairly long story arc that won't finish until almost episode 40 or so. In this episode, Rei finds out that all is not what it seems when it comes to who is her family and who isn't.
This marks the half-way point of the series. The next quarter of the series will be pretty much covering this story arc which will reveal Rei's parentage and who her family truly is. In addition, there will be a mini-arc coming up involving Rei, Eriko, and probably one of the stranger auditions that they will have to face. The end of that story arc will correspond almost to the end of the main story arc here.
I beg you guys don't stop. I am not talking about IDE but rather about continuing your work in general.

Ask fans what they would like to watch or decide yourself, chose some ambitious project and move on.
It is killing me seeing 2 episodes released during last six months on my favorite website.
